ADRIANA SALIM
In Detail: Wood Lattice
UC Berkeley
Construction Detail
Fall 2019
The wood lattice structure is inspired by the highly precise Japanese wood joinery system. The joint system is replicable to create units that are aggregable in multiple directions. While the final model is 20 by 15 inches, this structure has the potential to be large scale architectural components.
